Once the documents are received, the client becomes the full owner of the company. On behalf of the new business, he or she can sign agreements, enter into new contracts, hire employees or carry out other business-related activities. BUT, the court will tentatively make all changes in a month.
3. One of the last steps is the documentation of the changes, i.e. the need to update the company’s data in all registers. It is also necessary to carry out after completion:
Filing a CRBR return, paying PCC tax, changing your bank account.
